Church of Christ Scientist, Ash Walk, Warminster

By 1923 the Warminster Christian Science Society held their first open service at the house of Mr Russell. In 1924 Mr Russell moved and a photographic studio on the site of his new house was rented by the group. The Marchioness of Bath left them £100 in 1928 and in February 1932 they bought the old police station in Ash Walk and converted it. As the only other centre in Wiltshire is at Swindon members come to this church from a wide area.
