| My KEMP line emanates from Chilton Foliat, although i deduce the Kemps lived more in Leverton. From Swindon archives I've learned that Richard and Christian Kemp had their children baptised at St Mary's. The children I have are Richard, Ruth, JOHN, Charles and Thomas. John is my ancestor. I have no information on the other children, least of all from where Richard and Christian hailed from. I'm now 68, born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. My English Grandfather, George William Kemp, was born in 1885, Bromley-by-Bow, and he emigrated to Melbourne in 1912. It's a joy to spend time learning and reviewing the 'work' I've done on my Kemp ancestry, but i do so wish I could get into more of Richard and Christia/en!
