You state that some of the old pews and pulpit were taken from the old chapel and fitted into the new chapel. The old church organ, which used to be hand-pumped was electrified and also fitted into the new chapel. My provenance for this statement is that I used to hand pump during services at that time and its removal to the new chapel relieved me of those duties. |
