I remember as RAF child going to Clyffe Pypard school in 1959 for a few months. My father was stationed at RAF Lyneham but we had temporary accommodation at RAF Clyffe Pypard before getting a quarter at Lyneham. I remember the long walk back up the hill to the camp from the school. I seem to remember only one school room but have long forgotten the name of any teachers at that time. After leaving Clyffe Pypard I went briefly to Lyneham Primary School and the Wootton Bassett Sec Mod. |

Really enjoyed reading history on the school. I myself went there in 1973/5. And then visited again in 1984 take photos part of a biography I started ..and never finished. But I remember skipping and happy times at school.. |
