I actually own the Robert Wells tenor bell that was removed in 1984. I bought it from Mr Alan Keen who at that time saved it from total destruction and later could no longer house it. Anyway I am looking to find a permanent home for it. Is this something that the church would like to have back? It was damaged of course and that was the reason for its removal so it can never speak again but it would be nice if it could go home though we would have to discuss it's future safety etc. |
