A meeting house was registered in 1810 and in 1812 a small chapel was built at Warminster Green. Attendances at the chapel declined after the church of St. Mary was built nearby in 1837 and by 1851 the congregation numbered between 40 and 45. This recovered in the late 1860s and a new chapel was built in Chapel Lane in 1872. This continued in use until 1972 when a dwindling congregation brought about its closure. The chapel was converted into a house in the early 1980s.
