Notes

In 1914 a wooden church was built at Larkhill Camp to serve the needs of the large number of servicemen stationed there in the First World War. This was replaced by the present large brick church in the style of the 14th century, which has an apsidal chancel, a nave with narrow aisles, north and south porches at the eastern end, a short south-west tower, and a north-west baptistry.
