Holy Trinity C. of E. School, Calne

Built in 1867, with a teacher's house, as the Church of England school at Quemerford on a site to the south of the church of 1852-3. The number of pupils on the roll remained fairly steady in the first half of the 20th century - 117 in 1906, 95 in 1936, 114 in 1955 - and the school was then enlarged and the teacher's house was sold. In 2002 there were 207 pupils.
