Early Schools, Manningford Bohune

During 1859, children from the parish attended the school at Manningford Bruce, although 10 – 15 children were taught by a dame at Bottlesford. Later children attended a school in Broad Street, in 1971 it was known as Woodborough School, which had originally opened in 1872.
