Built in Lower Road in 1844 the school also took some infants until 1884. There were 70 girls and 50 infants here in 1858. From 1885 the school received some income from the Matravers bequest that was supporting the British Boys' School. In 1907 there were 90 girls and infants here. The school closed in 1925 when junior schools were amalgamated to form Westbury Church of England Junior School and the buildings were later used as a part of Westbury Senior School.
