Unstaffed self-service sessions

Calne Library has unstaffed self-service sessions at the start of the day on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays and at the start and end of the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The library is closed between 5pm and 5.15pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note you will need to visit the library during a staffed session to register to be able to use the library during these unstaffed self-service sessions. To find out more, speak to a member of staff at the library.

Additional Christmas opening times alterations

Calne Library will be open from 8am to 5pm (staffed: 9.30am to 5pm) on Tuesday 23, from 8am to 4pm (staffed: 9.30am to 4pm) on Saturday 27, from 8am to 5pm (staffed: 10am to 5pm) on Monday 29 and from 8am to 5pm (staffed: 9.30am to 5pm) on Tuesday 30 December 2025.
