Inclusive Wiltshire is a new offer of activities and support for children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). It replaces the previous Short Breaks Scheme and has been shaped by feedback from parent carers, children, young people and local organisations. The aim is to make it easier for families to find and access enjoyable, inclusive activities close to home.

Inclusive Wiltshire brings together a wide range of opportunities in one place, helping children and young people take part in activities that suit their interests and needs. The offer is designed to be clear and flexible, so families can easily understand what is available and choose the support that works best for them. It focuses on each child as an individual, ensuring the right support is in place based on their needs.
