| I attended this school from 1940 until 1946. The headmaster was Mr Heath assisted by his wife and another teacher called Mrs Howlett. We used an air raid shelter opposite the shops in Station Road. | |
| I attended this school from 1956 until 1962. Mr Seed was the Headmaster when I left but previous to that it the Headmaster was Mr Crawford. Mrs Bennett was also a teacher - she taught her class from a green tin clad hut adjacent to the School House. I think both my parents went to the school too (1920s -1930s) | |
| Had a great time at the school in 1955 to 1961 mr James was fist headmaster then mr Crawford came mr seed and mrs Bennett and a miss was the first teacher but forgot her name |
